I downloaded the .iso using Fedora Media Writer but when I select the USB to boot it goes into a command prompt and not the exam environment.

Looks like falling into the GRUB console. Type exit and hit enter, it helps sometimes. If you can finish the boooting and pass the compatibility test, you are ok. In other case, use a different computer. Regards

Please be more specific and precise when describing the issue.
1. Exam ISO cannot be downloaded using Fedora Media writer. FMW downloads only Fedora workstation ISO. EXAM ISO has to be downloaded using Browser
2. What do you mean by command prompt? Grub Terminal? You can post a photo here.

It is really not easy to help when you describe the issue so badly

I have and older ASUS computer and when I load the RHEL remote exam Live USB on my computer the screen is flipped sideways. I cannot find anything is the settings to fix that. The disply settings while in LiveUSB just have settings to fix the display size and nothing about screen orientation.

Hi @EP88,

You can set the display resolution to 1260x800 and zoom to 200%  for the exam. Once you boot from Live USB, you can find the details under settings >> Display

This is interesting. Can you post a photo here of the "flipped sideways screen"? What do you see in the display settings?

Hello,

I am looking to receive confirmation that glasses are allowed, and are not part of the special accommodations request?  I didn't see them on the form, but also didn't see glasses specifically called out anywhere so before I assume they are allowed, I was hoping someone could confirm that?

Additionally, I would like to have a back up pair available. I assume as long as the proctor scans the second set of glasses and approves, I can have a second pair available near my workspace?

Thank you for clarity,

Tina

Tina,

Glasses are allowed. I should know - I wear them during the exam.

Not sure about switching out glasses during the exam. I would suggest checking with the proctor or better yet, training before the exam.

Rilindo,

I appreciate the quick reply and confirmation!  Great advice to have me check with training beforehand on the extra set too.
