I would suggest to go through the lectures and also refer the official docs link given at the bottom of the course lectures in every chapter. The labs are a very good source to practice what is being learnt with a grading lab available at end of chapter labs.
For any doubts or any help - you can always reach out to the community or raise a support case.
Also note that there is no certification exam available for DO180 but a preliminary exam PE180 which you can take to assess your preparation / learning and have a feel for the real exam.
