Even after successfully completion of wait.sh script this script is getting failed. I have full-reset all VMs but still not luck . I have faced Lab issue in DO316 multiple times which waste my lots of hours in just waiting for Cluster to get up , execution of wait.sh script getting okay message of wait.sh and after investing hours in getting my cluster get up when I execute Lab script i get this message.
I have already support ticket but support replies are superb which just waste your time nothing much.
Can i expect something more professional and valuable on this community page.
@garvchaudhary full reset the VMs means did you use "reset" option for each VMs or did you delete and recreate the entire lab environment ? If not, I strongly recommend you to delete the existing lab and recreate a fresh lab and then retry this lab script.
yes chetan, I have tried all options. Delete all Labs completely and recreate it and not just once I have tried multiple times since 6PM IST and Now its 11:29IST Iam still getting this error.
ok @garvchaudhary , thanks for confirming! Let me check from my end if I am able to reproduce this error.
@garvchaudhary I was not able to reproduce this error at my end:
Please follow the below steps as I did :
1. Delete your existing lab completely, and once everything is deleted, click on 'Create'.
2. Once all your lab VMs show active state, open workstation console, do "ssh lab@utility" and then run "./wait.sh" .
3. Wait for the wait script to finish on its own - DO NOT run any lab scripts or do any lab work in between till the wait script is finished.
4. Once your wait script is finished showing cluster is up and ok - return to workstation and start with your lab start script.
Thanks Chetan,
I have already mentioned in my first message that I have executed wait.sh and after getting okay message of wait.sh and when wait.sh exit and completed only after that I have executed Lab scripts.
But really appreciate your help.
Strange thing is no one in redhat knows why this happened.
Support team was also telling me wait.sh other than wait.sh they have no answers.
Thanks Chetan.
@garvchaudhary Please try one more time as I suggested and provide screenshots of the steps if you face the error again.
