Hi,
Who I am: Linux and fantasy enthusiast and amateur instinctive archer.
I live and work in Belgium.
For 5 years I spent all of the weekends and holidays renovating an apartment with my father. We stripped out and replaced everything from floor to ceiling, electricity, plumbing. Now I like to practice archery, play padel and play board games with my family and friends.
My background: 15+ years of various system administration jobs or what we'd now call DevOps.
I first installed an early version of Red Hat Linux back in the late 90's when I was at university.
My skills: Linux administration, automation
I always try to find ways to improve quality in projects I work on. Mostly this involves automation tasks to reduce chances of human errors.
favorite Red Hat courses: maybe favorite is not the right term but I have earned RHCE from scratch 3x now. First for RHEL 5, ten after that expired again for RHEL 7 and unfortunately that expired again before I could renew for RHEL 8.
