Hi folks, I am a Senior Consultant with Red Hat. I work with customers adopting our products, focusing on middleware, migration and development. While I work with Red Hat technologies every day, I would like to start giving back by contributing code upstream. That's a new world for me so I am hoping to find some guidance.

Who I am:

I am a Senior Cloud Consultant for the Mangement Practice, working with Cloudforms, Satellite and a few other products.   I've been with Red Hat for 3 years, and earned my RHCA before being hired in.

I am also a pilot, and I own a 1973 Cessna Cardinal 177RG that I love flying when I am not on the road for work.  I still can't figure out why Red Hat won't let me fly myself to customers, instead of using horrible commericial travel :-|

Where I'm based:

Chattanooga, TN. USA. (Home of the fastest internet around, 10gig fiber to the home!)

My workstation:

2018 Mac Book Pro 15".  Vital tool as a traveling consulting when I need to work with all sorts of customer projectors, equipement, etc.

The discipline I enjoy the most is:

Automation and Mangement.  Currently doing most of my work with Cloudforms and a bit of Ansible.

Highest Red Hat Certification:

Red Hat Certified Architect -  Level III

Hello everyone! Looking forward to contributing to the community and helping folks learn!

My Name is Mike Calizo. I am a Red Hat TAM currently based in New Zealand. I am actively contributing to the local community by co-organizing Ansible and Openshift meetup. The aim of this meetups is to collaborate and learn from each other.  Having to think topics to talk on these meetups sometimes is challenging. I am hoping that with this community, I can reach out to other members who do meetups and share ideas!

This is awesome and I am excited to be part of this community.

Hello all!  I'm Roy Williams.  I am one of just a handful of Red Hat Consultants located in WV.  I am a platform consultant, so my day is usually spent working on Satellite or other platform/infrastructure products.  I am also very passionate about IdM/FreeIPA.

In my spare time I play firefighter and some times teach others how to be firefighters.
