Welcome, Willian! It’s great to have a fellow Linux enthusiast here, and we’re excited to support you on your Red Hat certification journey!
Hi everyone,
I'm Stephen Olaiya, a Systems and Network Administrator based in Lagos, Nigeria. I currently serve as Head of IT at Sterling Infrastructure (WURABET), where I oversee our IT operations across Windows Server and Linux environments, with a strong focus on Red Hat-based systems, virtualization, cloud integration, and network security.
Started with a degree in Computer Science, and over the years, I've worked across various sectors including telecommunications, fintech, and manufacturing. I’ve built and managed hybrid infrastructures using Proxmox, VMware, pfSense, Ansible, and Terraform. I’m also experienced with Microsoft 365 integration, data backup strategies, and system hardening.
Advanced Ansible automation
Kubernetes on Red Hat/OpenShift
Ceph storage and RHCSA/RHCE certifications
Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and aerospace OS specialization (my long-term passion)
Red Hat System Administration I & II (RH124, RH134) – solid foundational courses
Ansible Automation (DO407) – this one helped me streamline deployment tasks
OpenShift Administration – still learning, but very excited about this
Successfully led a full IT infrastructure migration involving Proxmox, Active Directory, and Synology NAS for a 50-user SME.
Automated system provisioning and patch management using Ansible.
Built a cybersecurity lab using Proxmox, pfSense, and open-source tools for internal training and research.
I'm currently designing a project that combines Proxmox, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Red Hat tools in an enterprise-grade simulation.
I’m also into language learning – practicing German and Spanish daily.
Big fan of space systems — I'm working toward building skills relevant to RTOS and aerospace computing.
Happy to be part of the RHLC — looking forward to learning, sharing, and collaborating with everyone here!
@Stephyards¡Hola, Stephen! It’s great to have someone with such diverse experience in the community. We’d love to hear more about your projects and the amazing work you’re doing. Looking forward to learning and collaborating with you!
Hey All! I am Srimukhi an undergrad student from the stream computer science and business system... Looking forward to have a great time at REDHAT...!
Welcome, @Srimukhi! Excited to have you here and looking forward to learning and growing together in the Red Hat community!
Hello Everyone!
I'm Aniket Purushottam Kathode, studying my B.Tech in Computer Science and Information Technology. I'm an enthusiast for open source technologies and highly respect Red Hat's contribution to enterprise-level Linux as well as cloud-native solutions.
I've just passed my Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and am currently studying for the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE). I'm particularly keen on building up my skills in Linux system administration, Ansible automation, containerization with Podman and Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration.
What I enjoy most about Red Hat courses is that they're hands-on and practical in learning — they're not all theory, but rather geared towards actual problems you'll encounter in the field.
A little-known fact about me: I enjoy deconstructing intricate subjects into simplified explanations, and I conduct mini knowledge-sharing forums with colleagues to learn together.
Thrilled to join this community and eager to share and learn more with you all
Hi Aniket - It’s fantastic to see your passion for advancing through learning and your drive to build expertise in open-source technologies! Your journey from RHCSA to RHCE is already an inspiring example for others. Don’t hesitate to share your experiences and knowledge with the community; your insights could really help others along their path.
We’re excited to have you here, and I look forward to learning from you too. Keep up the great work, and keep those mini knowledge-sharing sessions going!
Hello everyone,
My name is Amine, and I’m currently a cybersecurity engineering student based in Casablanca, Morocco.
