I connecting to the lab but not responded.Show internal error that has occured within the VM console and the connection has been terminated.Please close the VNC window and try again. If the problem persist please notify your system administrator or check your system logs.

what meaning is this and how can i do it.

Are you a RHA learner or ROL learner ? Is the issue still there ?
