NOT able to cancel or schedule exam EX280

please is there a way on  how to cancel exam EX280, I tried with different browsors, I cleaned the cookies. cloudn't very stuck and redhat team are in a vacation:) really trying to find a way to handle this issue fast.

Individual exams can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24h ahead directly on the scheduling tool here http://red.ht/emea-schedule

If you still encounter issues, please contact your regional Training support team and offer them as many details as you can (including print screens, order number etc.)
