There are no sample questions for EX180 as far as I know (none that we officially release at least, not sure what other vendors/companies do).
So what to do to prepare for the exam? Well, that's why we create comprehensive reviews. In DO180, you can take a look at the comprehensive review and try to complete it without looking at the solutions.
If you can complete at least most of it without looking at the solutions, I'd say chances are pretty good for you passing the exam.
I would also say that though we, the course developers, do not know what is in the exam (the exam team is separate from us, and that is on purpose), I am confident that we prepare students for a large part of EX180.
Of course, there might be something new or something we did not cover in depth (typically, that's also on purpose for our exams). If you are truly worried about the exam, I would recommend you go through the exam objectives and evaluate whether you truly know each part of those objectives.
If you are confident in all of the objectives, I would say you are ready. If you are not confident in a couple of the objectives, take a look at the DO180 course and recreate some of the GEs/labs on your personal machine if you can. That'll take your learning to the next level.
