I am trying to connect with training & certification team with regards to purchase of EX200K voucher. Tried calling, unfortunately they are unreachable. Dropped them a mail as well, but I am skeptical about getting a response.

Kindly help me with a way to reach them. Thanks in advance.

Hey! I have been trying to purchase the exam voucher for last two days. I've got some problem with payment and I don't know how to pay for exam. I raised the ticket regarding this issue but I haven't got any response from them. Please let me know how to buy the (RHCSA Ex200k) voucher.

The option to purchase the exam is from the exam link : 

https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex200-red-hat-certified-system-administrator-rhcsa-exam  by selecting the country and clicking on get started as shown :

Since you have already raised a support case - I will suggest you to wait for the support team to update with a resolution or you can try the below contact as well :

Yes, there is an alternative but you will have to give exam on one of Redhat's authorised center. Contact your local Redhat authorised center for the voucher.
