Videos are not showing

I'm having issue in the training courses. The videos are not able to load/show although the video icon shows in several training courses. Like DO336, DO430... 

Kindly advise.

You can click on your click on your profile and disable the "Enable Control bar on course page" and try again, let me know if it helps.

I have tested this process, and you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Please open the site in incognito mode using this link: https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/.

  2. Once you’re logged in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, locate the option “Enable Control bar on course page” and toggle it off.

  3. Next, click on Launch for your course (for example, DO336). Then select Table of Contents and begin with Section A.1. From there, simply use the Next button to continue through the other pages.
