Hello, please could you provide more information and details of your troubleshooting?

This could be any number of things:

1. Incorrect network settings on client and/or server.
2. Incorrect or missing firewalld configuration on server.
3. Incorrect or missing SELinux configuration (especially if using non-standard DocumentRoot) on server
4. Web server service not installed and / or not started on server.
5. If using SSL or TLS, is it configured correctly?
6. Are the files in DocumentRoot correctly named? For example, index.bob won't work where indext.html will.

Is this in a lab environment or over a live Internet connection? If it is the latter, then is is possible that your ISP is blocking ports 80 and 443.

What client are you using to access your webserver?

Also, is your webserver accessible across/from the Internet?
This doesn't have anything to do with the resolution.  If your
webserver is accessible, maybe I can remotely connect to it
to investigate what's happening - if you're open to this of course.
