I too am a self prescribed "geek" but wish I was more technical. I've been with Red Hat for a little over ten years in various roles and organizations. My current role is too work within Red Hat to find any (and hopefully) all "enablement" resources for our support partners. These resources are for Red Hat Tier 1 partners who provide Level 1 and Level 2 support directly to the customer. After accreditations and/or certifications, looking for that "special sauce" that makes Red Hat support engineers some of the best in the industry.
