RHCE - Can I end my exam if I'm done early?

I'm scheduled to take the RHCE exam tomorrow and noticed it's a 4 hour exam. If I'm done within 2 or 3 hours, can I just end my exam? If so, how do I do that? Just exit the testing environment?

Just let the proctor know and you can probably do that.

Hello joeschmoh,

Based on my experience of taking RedHat exams (more than 15, if counts both successful and unsuccessful attempts), I can say that there is usually not enough time. And of course, if its happens, I recommend you to spending it on double checking of the completed task

Hello @joeschmoh

Thanks for reaching out.

Before you consider finishing early, it's wise to meticulously review your work. Ensure that all tasks are completed to your utmost ability and that nothing has been overlooked.

Once you've done this, I recommend informing the proctor that you have completed the exam. Then, follow any instructions provided by the proctor.

It is always good to review your work before concluding it. Once you're done, do keep the proctor informed about the same over the chat and then end the exam by pressing the power button on the computer. (It will give you prompt to exit out of the exam environment)

if you do not let the proctor know that you're done with the exam, the proctor would think you got disconnected in between the exam for some reasons and they will request the support team to check with you over the call. The support team then end up calling you to know the reason for disconnection.

So, always please keep the proctor informed about you finishing the exam !
