Session Ends Automatically After Login

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue where, after logging in to the Red Hat portal, my session ends automatically after about a minute and I get redirected back to the login page.

I’ve already tried the following:

• Clearing browser cache and cookies

• Using a different browser (Chrome and Firefox)

• Checking that my internet connection is stable

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a fix for it? I’m currently preparing for the exam  and would like to access my learning content without interruptions.

@Watchman I know this reply comes late, but if the issue continues, I’d recommend opening a support case so our support team can check it directly in your lab and help you fix it.
