In my case and I think in the case of many more people, it is very difficult for me to speak English, but that does not stop me from wanting to learn, so I would like to know if it is possible to use translators during the exam?

So you will not have access to the Internet or outside devices during a Red Hat exam. Red Hat does make attempts for the more popular exams to release the exam in multiple languages, so it is possible that the actual exam content itself has been translated in a given language. 

To find out specific information about your exam and if a particular language is available, I would suggest reaching out to the certification team.
