Hello, I am preparing my RHCE, by myself, using free resources. I recently got my RHCSA (with a 300!) so feeling motivated started with the next one right away.
I've been writing playbooks but for some of them for example managing LVM or disks and partitions I used stuff that is part of the community.general or posix collections.
What I want to know is if they are available/we can install them during the exam or if I am dooming myself by not using for example the storage rhel-system-role.
I'm a very anxious person so this kind of unknowns often discourage me and make me think I'm gonna fail and all that, so I'm basically begging for a little bit of certainty.
The doubt stems from the fact that I always see people practicing for RHCE using community.general so...thats that.
Thanks!!
@Dyarven Cannot comment on what is available or what is not in the RH exam due to the sacred NDA, however I would strongly recommend you to go through the RH294 course, practice the labs and concepts and keep in mind the official objectives for exam situations :
You can see the official objective does contain "install content collections and use them in playbooks" .
Well done with the RHCSA !!
@Dyarven -
Everything needed for the exam will be provided. I would strongly recommend you know how to use collections and items from the course as well as all the roles.
