Hi! I would start with the OpenStack Technical Overview (free to watch) and then perhaps the introductory OpenStack course: Red Hat OpenStack Administration I: Core Operations for Domain Operators | CL110.

You also have access to explore all RH courses in the catalog here, and can even take a Skills Assessment to see which courses are best for you based on your current skill level and product of interest.
