Sorry for a late response to this. Did you resolve it? I would suggest a few things:
1/ it is possible your repos.d/repos** file needs to be checked to make sure you can get repos of this kind?
2/ Maybe the download location has been moved/updated by Red Hat?
Remember that most often, the answer is in the error message. Try searching with the error message as string.
