No, but that is a feature of CloudForms, specifically the Automate Domain feature,. Which can be leveraged to do exactly what you want, when Ansible Tower is integrated with CloudForms,

I am trying to automate tasks like "Adding a team member to GitHub" and "Giving access to a member for a particular OpenShift namespace", etc using Ansible. I noticed that there is request/approval for VM provisioning in CloudForms. Can that be used for my usecase as well or do I know write a custom state machine.  Unfortunately, my knowledge on CloudForms is limited.
