DO188 training journey has been painful

I'm not new to Red Hat training, having several certs already in my book.

However, I found that recently my journey of Red Hat training is so painful.

The purchase (throuth a disti as I work for a partner) took a long time as they were confused on how to sell the training units. It went circles until my company was able to purchase the vouchers. Compared this to how easily I could buy exam voucher as an individual via credit card on Microsoft or Hashicorp.

Then the DO188 course itself (either v4.14 or v4.12) only had 10% chance of actually showing up in my browser. Many times it's just forever loading. I'm not talking about the lab environment, it's the actual course content that's not showing. This frustrates me as I have limited time for learning and for days, the course just won't show up during my designated time slots for learning.

I know it's not my browser (this happened on multiple computers too at home and office). For Red Hat learning that's actually expensive compared to other vendors, this is so disappointing. Two years ago when I had my RH certs, everything was reliable. RH went downhill in this space.
