DO280 ch09s04 (4.5) No OperatorHub Items Found?

Hi,

I'm learning DO280 for 4.5.

Currently, I'm on chapter 9.
When I accessed Oprators -> OperatorHub on console of my lab env,
I can not see any operators, but only see "No OperatorHub Items Found".

I deleted and recreated my lab env, but it still does not work.
#Actually, it worked when I learned 4.2.
Does anyone see this issue?
Are there any steps I missed to enable operatorhub?

Any comments are really appreciated.

I just made a quick test myself and seems ok from my side.

Can you please check again? Maybe it was a glitch?

If you still have issues, please provide the lab information as per the following snapshot and we'll take a deeper look.
