DO288 Course-CrashLoopBackOff in Exercise: Building Container Images with Advanced Dockerfile

I'm doing course DO288 and guided exercise for Building Container Images with Advanced Dockerfile.
After I create the app and view this in oc get pods I am encountering CrashLoopBackOff errors. I deleted the lab and trid agan but I get exactly the same thing.
I did an oc describe pod but this didn't show any obvious issues.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be most grateful.

Can you please expand? Are you using version 3.6 or 4.2?

This course has been reviewed recently without issues. Note that the first deploy is expected to fail.

What is the output for "oc logs" for the failing pod?

I've found the issue. Totally my fault. When I pushed the new Dockerfile I think I must have been on the wrong branch.
