On lab 7.9, item 3) Configure a circuit breaker in the external news service with the following characteristics:
The solution uses a `ServiceEntry` to access the external svc (running on the `resilience-mesh-news`) namespace. But the default network traffic policy in the Control Plane allows egress traffic to any external service. My question is, why this lab needs a `ServiceEntry`? Would it work just with just the `DestinationRule`?
