I recently passed EX180 and I'm now about to take EX280. I noticed during my previous exam that the environment/operating system for the remote exam is very slow. Kindly note that I've taken the exam twice and same thing happened on both occassions. My RAM is 16GB and HDD has good memory. What could be the cause of this and how can i resolve it?
Usually environment performance issues are related to your Internet network connection. Ensure you are using a fast Internet connection with low latency, and that you are using a wired (cabled) connection and not Wifi.
