Brothers,

Is there is a specific time should I wait to retake the exam, or at any time if I fail in the first attempt??

Yes, Typically, you must wait for 24 hours before scheduling a retake. you are typically eligible for a  retake within the validity period of your exam voucher

if you have sufficient time for exam voucher validity, It's recommended to review areas of weakness and practice further before retaking the exam to improve your chances of success...!

Thanks

All the Red Hat certfication exams has one retake associated with it by default and it has to be utilized within the expiry of the exam voucher. As already advised, you can schedule the retake exam same way just like how you scheduled the 1st attempt on scheduler after 24 hours from your 1st attempt.
Retake also has the same expiry date as original attempt (voucher). Has to be utilized within that date only
