Lab 280 - unable to start classroom lab environment

Hi

Last 2 days , My Lab environment  has been hanged, I am unable to do practice , Kindly let us know, What is the way to stop and restart Lab again ?

Hi @Rajbatra,

Usually, the DO280 lab takes around 45 mins to start. This time is required for the shared cluster to be started.

If you are not able to perform any operations on the lab I suggest sending your request to Learner Experience team at access.redhat.com (choose Product as "Red Hat Online Learning") and the team will assist you.
