I am preparing for EX280 exam, currently confused on the section for Resource Quota. On the lab it sets up the hard limit for cpu to be 1 and can spun up 1 pods and cannot scale more than 1 pod since the cpu is set to 1. Why when i tried to setup cpu to 3 , shouldnt it be able to setup pod upto 3? , it only spins up 2 pods and 1 is on pending , tried the way of setting the cpu to 4, but still stuck at 2 pods and other 2 is on pending now when i scale it up to 4. how can i verify where the cpu settings for each pod and how the other pod is not scaling up.
