how to access OpenShift webconsole console for DO288 lab from my mac or machine

I have been using ssh private key and instructions for DO288 labs from my mac. I have been trying to use ssh tunnel to open webconsole on my machine but not having any luck. Are there any documentations on accessing lab webconsole on my machine.
