preparing for Ex288, do not have subscription, where to practice the commands?

Hi I recently attended the course on Openshift Dev and preparing for the Ex288 Certification.

But I do not ahve Subscription to practice the commands. 

Anyone knows any online tool or way to get OCP env for practice?
