It says the lab environment is up and running. I click the button to connect to the workstation and a new tab opens.
On the new tab is the following message:
Connecting
Connected to GLS VM Console. Waiting for response...
This message remains and I never connect. I am not sure what I can do to correct this.
I tried closing the tab and click connect again. Now a new tab opens and I receive the following message;
Connection Error
You do not have permission to access this connection because you are not logged in. Please log in and try again.
I have verified that I am still logged in to training.
I tried from a different browser and had the same result.

I never experienced this. I suspect it is something related to your account.
Did you try to contact ROL support team?
Does it happen with other courses?
It appears to be an issue with our company network as I am able access lab resources from a different network without issue.
