On Scheduling EX280 i found out two kinds  of the exam.

Specialist in OpenShift Administration v4.10

and

Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator v4.12

so which one should i pick? what is the difference?

what is more relying on DO280 course and labs?

One of them in based on Openshift 4.10 ; the other one is based on Openshift 4.12 . Ideally you should pick up the same one you've used to train on; otherwise they should be pretty similar.
