Use oc edit to set oauth cluster authentication parameters

I have a litlee question and a doubt:
The process to set authentication parameters like the htpasswd fileData and secret can be done by oc edit line:

oc edit oauth.config.openshift.io/cluster

is it possible acelerate the refresh time to pods on openshift-authentication namespace?

Hi, it's impossible to accelerate the process, if they are not changing status in a couple of minutes, then something is wrong with the configuration.
