Review CR4 : Can't grade because the lab script fail at 'Causing catastrophic failure'

Hi, I'm doing this lab on version 4.16. After finishing with my lab, I run the lab grade review-cr4 on the workstation, but i got this output:

Grading lab.

PASS Checking working directory
PASS Checking lab systems
PASS Checking cluster readiness
PASS Checking the backup
PASS Confirm that 'xorark' exists and is running in the 'review-cr4' project
PASS Insuring application is running before testing restore.
FAIL Causing catastrophic failure for the application.
FAIL Trying to restore from xorark-backup. This might take some time.
- Consider revisiting the last section in chapter 6 'Back up and Restore with OADP' to reinforce your understanding about velero backup and restore resources
PASS Insuring application is running after applying the restore.

Overall lab grade: FAIL

I check the logs, it have this error logs printing out

It failes on.. failing the VM? Or did I do something wrong?
