Hello!
I 've been experiencing some problems starting labs in DO378 the last 24h. I can´t destroy, stop or create again.
Below is a screen shot of the error I am getting.
Thank you!
@Didi We faced an outage during the last weekend which was resolved and lab environment restored yesterday. Regret the inconvenience caused. You can log a support case for more details in case you want any further help or info.
If you had not recreated your lab environment yet - please do so and it will be fine.
It seems similar to https://learn.redhat.com/t5/General/RH134-Labs-stuck-at-building/m-p/54635#M10274. I have raised a support ticket - I suggest doing the same.
@ChrisGR I hope your labs are also working fine too now.
Not yet, but I am facing a different issue. It will be handled by the same support ticket.
ok @ChrisGR Feel free to let us know for any concerns.
@Didi thanks for bringing this up in the Learning Community. The best next step for anyone facing these issues is to raise a support ticket directly in the Learning portal, if you haven’t already. That way, the team can look into it and share the right options to help you move forward.
