JB248: lab managed-domain-lab strangeness

I just did the lab forJB248 managed-domain-lab; A few things strike me:

- serverb acts different than shown at first (it is named with fqdn instead of only serverb)

- serverb has the services service-one and service-two, while the host-slave.xml states service-three only

- from the cli and the web interface (which is logical, would be amazed if they differed) service-three shows up nowhere.

I have manually renamed serverb in the CLI, so it has no fqdn anymore; I removed service-one and two and the server-groups as indicated.

Lab wont let me grade. I ran a diff over the host-slave.xml from both servera and serverb; the differences are to be expected or should not cause a failure to start on serverb.

What is wrong?

Hi Michael,

I suppose you mean the JVM that are named server1 and server2 etc in the xml file (not service). It looks like you need specific assistance for the lab. The best way to get assistance on this issue is to open a support ticket

https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/new

Thanks,

Jayadev
