I want to download the following indicated software to my machine and try out various exercises and become a skilled DEVELOPER in it: RED HAT DECISION MANAGER, JBOSS developer studio open source version?

Red Hat Decision Manager is a subscription-based product, and its full version is not available as an open-source download.
