There were several occurences when candidates could not fully boot the Remote Exam environment from the USB thumb drive. They successfully got to the settings but after closing those, the landing page did not show up. The desktop was blank with only Red Hat logo on it. This issue was reported by clients of various Internet Service Providers in India, such as ACT, Airtel, Excitel etc. Some candidates managed to connect after changing the Internet provider and some managed to get it fixed after reporting the issue to their ISPs. You may try a mobile hotspot, despite it is not recommended to be used for the exam.
