Can someone from Sales please help me? I have been emailing and calling for a week and no one anwers

Hi, I write this as a last resort since no one has answered any of my emails or calls.

I have payed for my Red Hat Certified System Administrator Exam since last week and I can't schedule  it because it appears as "Pending payment".

I want to correct this issue sot that I can schedule my exam, I have written emails daily asking for help and have called the training division of my country and I have always been sent straight to voicemail

I am desperate because the payment of $400 took a long time to save and Red Hat has not confirmed my payment nor returned it. It seems I have lost my money.

Please, if somone could please help me with this issue, I would be grateful

Hi, it is strange you are unable to contact Red Hat.
Did you get any confirmation email with the ticket number?
