I came across an issue while preparing the USB live environment for the Red Hat remote exam. It requires downloading the ISO file and extracting it to a USB thumb drive. The Fedora Media Writer is suggested for Windows. After a successful installation from the link in the "Getting ready" pdf e-book, I could not run the Fedora Media Writer, getting an error with VCRUNTIME140.dll missing. Why?
It may happen that the Fedora Madia Writer's installation does not include the required C++ runtime.
