Hello!
Today I wanted to buy a token for the EX280 exam on the standard page RH page:
https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/red-hat-certified-openshift-administrator-exam
The Page is Blank, but other exams are absolutely OK. For example EX288:
https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex288-red-hat-certified-openshift-application-developer-...
I further tried to investigate the issue and use VPNs from different countries (My default location is the Czech Republic, the VPNs I used were Swedish then Finish) and I did get blank pages again.
Then I called my friend to verify the issue and also he got a blank page.
So is there any contact to get this work / address the issue? I want to buy the token from Red Hat directly and not relay it 3rd party suppliers.
So OK.
I did write emails to specified addresses.
And the answer was:
"Due to the updated marketing/business rules for your country contact local delivery center"
Which was Wrong!
I found, after a few hours spent, that the exam can still be purchased but on a different RH address/Website/eshop:
https://training-lms.redhat.com/lmt/clmscoursedetails.prmain?in_sessionId=358A0A85838JJ1A0&in_selfCo...
Now The token is available at my Exam Scheduler.
Hello @Leandr ,
Can you drop an email to training@redhat.com with all the details, they should be able to assist you.
