EX280 retake

Hi,

I failed my EX280 exam on 24/01/20. I tried to book a retake next day however left it in the middle. When returned back to book it, I keep getting this message "Couldn't enroll into exam: another incomplete exam pending". In the reports page, Exam activity shows EX280V39K retake as Unscheduled. I don't get how I go to that unscheduled retake or remove it and then start it again.

Please help.

i have failed  in  EX280V39K on  14th December 2020,  want to retake.  but when i go to enroll page, unable to see  EX280V39K version. What could be reason, how can i retake EX 280 39K.
