Error creating remote exam boot flash drive on Windows 10 using Fedora Media Writer

Hi 
I am getting the errors below when attempting to create a Redhat exam boot drive . Note the app is running as administrator.

Any ideas as what is going wrong and how to fix it ?

This happens on W10 and W11. not related to Redhat. The internet is full of solutions, none worked for me except for removing the USB disk driver completely in Disk Management and reinstalling it. You can also create an USB disk on a different computer
