Hello,
Yesterday, I had scheduled an exam for the next week, but it's doesn't appear on my dashboard. Furthermore, when I open this link: http://red.ht/2FPsner. The web page tells me "This account (user@ba.com) does not appear to have any exams available to schedule at this time."
I did receive the confirmation mail of my purchase, but it seems strange that's it doesn't show up on my dashboard.
Also, I've got a doubt about the login ID. Is the login ID, is the common username we use to connect ourselves in redhat website?
Can someone help me?
Sincerely,
Hi @WenAnsi
Exam EX294V8K needs to be accessed by booting from Live ISO image to Exam environment. You can verify your exam schedule by logging in to the below link , However exam cannot be accessed from this link.
https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/services/externaluser/login
You can go through the exam confirmation email for the instructions and download the preparation guide(E-Book) for reference.
Regarding the Login id, You must use your REDHAT login id to access the exam once you boot from the iso.
Hi WenAnsi,
I am sorry for what is happening to you.
You better raise a ticket with Red Hat team to have your enrolled exam appear on your profile.
Regarding the login ID, what I know is that on Red Hat websites you can log in with your username or you email address, and of crouse your password.
But in the exams, I always log in with the username and the password, I never tried the email address.
I hope it will help.
Regards,
Tshimanga
