I have an exam scheduled for Monday, October 9th, and when I ran the compatibility test today, I got the message, "You are not using the allowed USB ISO Image."
I downloaded the image from the official Red Hat site and tried it on a different laptop, but I still get the same error message. I tried to reach out to Certification help through chat, but I got no response.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello everyone,
The issue was temporary. The issue has been resolved. You may try booting the image and run the tests now!
All of you can take the exams as per the plan without any hassle.

Hello.
I'm also having exactly the same problem.
I live in Japan and the exam will start on October 9th at 9:45am Japan time.
I cannot cancel or reschedule the exam because it is less than 24 hours before the exam starts.
Thank you.
According to the exam policy, they commit to rescheduling if there is a problem within 24 hours of the start of the exam. There is a 50/50 chance that the error won't block you from taking the exam, but unfortunately, there is no one from Red Hat Certification support to confirm it. I'm taking the exam from the US and I will try to reach Support when they are back online and get an answer from them. Good luck to you my friend.
Having the same issue, have my exam today at 5:30 EST. Support has not responded. Will let you know what happens
According to Red Hat Exam support, it's a false error message that could be ignored. I must take their word for it and take the exam as planned.
