Set clear boundaries, prioritize tasks, and take breaks when needed. Stay curious but don’t let work consume you make time for family, hobbies, and rest.
Balance isn’t about perfection it’s about making intentional choices every day
Well, this is easy, cause:
- I don't work
- I don't have any family
- I don't have any friends.
So, that just leaves me to give time to myself!!!
Leverage Remote Work Wisely
Create a dedicated workspace to separate work from personal life.
Set a routine that includes exercise, meals, and social interactions.
Take advantage of the flexibility by working during your most productive hours.
By knowing how to manage my time well. Getting enough sleep and rest and knowing everything has its own time. This will let you not overwork yourself and increase work productivity while improving your work-life balance.
I feel what what ever I do it will be wrong/unballanced. I try to make less mistakes that would hurt in the long run. E.g. you can't have many true friends, so set expectations realistic. Also, with work. Work, it should feed you, do not feed yourself to work!
Balancing a tech career with four kids, work, and studies isn’t easy, but I make it work by focusing on what really matters. I plan my days carefully, making sure I have time for my family, work, and learning without burning out. Sometimes that means studying early in the morning or after the kids are asleep. I also make sure to unplug when I’m with them—being present is important. It’s not always perfect, and there are days when things don’t go as planned, but I try to stay flexible and remind myself that it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
I'm Managing my home, 2 kids, remote job and career growth side by side. I priortise my work and tech study goals in my week days while on weekends I only enjoy my life with my family and some days with my friends.
