How much IOS and VyOS do I need to know for EX457 - Red Hat Ansible for Network Automation?

Has anyone here taken the EX457 exam (Red Hat Ansible for Network Automation)? I'm studying for it and one of the labs is needing me to know some VyOS and IOS commands.

If you've taken this exam, how much of the VyOS and IOS syntax will I need to know for the exam? Since it's an Ansible exam, I'm hoping zero, but I want to make sure before I pay for a test.

The current version has junos, eos and ios, but the question is still relevant.

I'm also curious about the answer.
