Hi,

You can select .iso file from Fedora media writer and select the downloaded iso from your local drive and burn it to usb drive. do not use  Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86-64-37-1.7.iso .

There is a variety of ways. Apart from Fedora Media writer, third-party apps can be used. See what is available for your operating system. You can also see some older Red Hat videos https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=red+hat+remote+exam+usb
And of course, there is the DD command also. Don't get confused, do not re-enter the newly created USB stick to the booted computer. The filesystem of the USB stick is encrypted, so you would be prompted for the password. No need to do this. Just make sure the Secure Boot is disabled in your BIOS, and know the shortcut to open the boot menu and boot from the USB stick. It will decrypt on the fly, expand itself into RAM and run.
