I want to change my login user name

Hello Community Support and Admin,

I would like to change my Red Hat login username to: Impyaephyo.
My current username is brianphyo.

Additionally, I am trying to join the Red Hat Developer program, but I keep encountering a looping issue and cannot complete the process.

Could someone assist me with these two issues?

1. Changing my login username.
2. Joining the Developer program.

Thanks for your reply and solution; I appreciate it.

I'm curious about the developer subscription.

Is it the same account or a different one? I just want to make sure.

At first, I followed the link and created the account, but when I did, the system showed the message: "A user account for this email already exists. Log in."

So, I logged in and tried to follow the link again, but it directed me to the sign-up page and sent me back to the previous state. It seems like it's looping endlessly. xD

Please help me assist for this.
