I am due to start RHSA Module 1 today at 0900BST, and have confirmation email for this. I applied the enrollment key for Module 1 and 2 last Thursday (20th), fine, and could see everything on my account.
I received my training schedule email on friday with instructions for VTC and diagnostics which I ran through and still had valid courses on my account.
I checked last night and I now have an Invalid Enrolment error with 0 days, and I can't find the course on my account anywhere. I've tried to use the code again just in case but it has 1/1 used.
I have sent a support ticket in but I am getting very concerned that I can't access my course now as I don't have anything valid on my account so can't access the labs, and it starts in a couple of hours.
Is there any advice on how to proceed?
